Location: Quaid-E-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore.
Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Track and provide updates on order status and delivery times.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Any other task assigned by the sr. management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or Arts.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer services, preferably in e-commerce or the cosmetics/ FMCG industry.
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
