Responsibilities:

• Set area sales targets, allocate by shop/category/brand with rationale, and track BA/SPO performance daily/weekly to ensure achievement.
• Prepare and get monthly shop visit plan approved from HOD Retail based on business potential and previous visit findings..
• Conduct detailed analysis of shop data vs. targets to identify improvement areas, coaching shop managers during visits.
• Execute visits as per plan, record root cause analysis and corrective actions, and share observations with HOD Retail.
• Ensure timely follow-up on visit action items for effective resolution.
• Gather and report on business trends, pricing, competitors, and customer complaints for growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• BBA/MBA in Marketing, Sales, Management.
• 05 + years of experience in retail cosmetics industry in the same capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Retail & Sales KPI’s.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Salary: 100K to 120K (depending on relevant experience and competency)

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
