Job Description:
· Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers.
· Extensive Knowledge for Network, Information Systems, and Technology
· Follow up with customers and their complaints; ensuring that customer’s requests are attended to accordingly.
· Pleasant personality and attitude towards resolving client's issues/ complaints.
· Handling customers via Live Chats, Inbound Calls and Email Correspondence are the major tasks.
· Collecting feedback from our customers/clients about the quality of service after every service call.
· Offering pre and post-installation technical support over the phone or physically onsite, to Customers, as well as providing after-sales support.
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelors
· Good Knowledge about Networking
· Must have strong interpersonal & communication skills
· Good knowledge of writing Queries in email

Pay: Rs35,000.00 per month
