Job Details
- Position: Customer Support Specialist (Female)
- Shift: Evening (Pakistan Time)
- Campaign: U.S. Campaign
- Location: Lahore, Pakistan
- Provide high-quality customer support to U.S. clients over phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Handle customer complaints, follow up on inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer support role.
- Accent: Native English accent preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused mindset.
- Availability: Willing to work evening shifts to align with U.S. time zones.
