Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Tik Tok Ads. The ideal candidate will develop and manage paid advertising campaigns, optimize performance, and enhance organic traffic. You'll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with business goals and drive impactful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ad Campaign Management:
o Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Tik Tok, and You Tube.
o Monitor and improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
o Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives and targeting.
2. Analytics and Reporting:
o Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance.
o Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
3. Market Research:
o Conduct research to identify digital marketing trends and opportunities.
o Analyze competitor strategies to enhance our approach.
4. Collaboration:
o Work with the marketing team to integrate digital efforts with overall strategies.
o Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
5. SEO Strategy:
o Implement and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve rankings.
o Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
o Stay current with SEO trends and algorithm updates.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience managing ad campaigns strategies.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Tik Tok Ads.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and AI platforms like Canva.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs40,000 – 80,000 per month, depending on experience.
Location: Onsite Job (we do not allow worj from home facility)
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
