E-commerce Assistant (Daraz & Shopify)

Job Description: As an E-commerce Assistant, you will work closely with our Daraz & Shopify Store Manager to help manage our online stores. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, learn the ins and outs of store management, and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with managing product listings, including adding new products, updating descriptions, and ensuring accurate pricing.
  • Help monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to keep stock updated.
  • Support the implementation of marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales.
  • Assist with the creation of promotional content, including banners, product images, and descriptions.
  • Help monitor store performance metrics and analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Provide support in responding to customer inquiries and resolving order-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our Daraz and Shopify stores.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends and platform updates to assist the team in staying competitive.
Qualifications:
  • No prior experience required—just a strong desire to learn and grow in the e-commerce field.
  • Basic understanding of online shopping platforms (experience with Daraz or Shopify is a plus but not required).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Willingness to take initiative and learn new tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
