We at Shark Innovations Labs (Al Sharqi Shipping) are looking for Export Shipment Coordinator, who is responsible for ensuring that all shipments are properly documented and meet all custom requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end export process, from order placement to final delivery, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently.
• Liaise with internal departments such as sales, production, and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment of export orders.
• Prepare and manage all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure full compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance of goods through customs checkpoints.
• Resolve any issues related to customs clearance, such as duty payments or regulatory requirements.
• Arrange transportation for export shipments, including booking cargo space, coordinating with carriers, and scheduling pickup and delivery.
• Track shipments in transit and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding export orders, providing timely and accurate information on shipment status, documentation requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identify potential risks or challenges in the export process and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Monitor and manage insurance claims related to export shipments, if necessary.
• Analyze export processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement process enhancements and best practices to optimize export operations.

Requirements

• Bachelors / Masters preferably in Supply Chain Management (any other bachelors' degree will also be considered)
• Experience: At least 2 years in Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry
• Must possess excellent communication skills – Written & Verbal (English)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and possess good computer skills.
• Good with email drafting.
• An excellent team player and able to work well under pressure.
• Possess good Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills.
