Job Summary:
CALL 2 PHONE PVT LTD is seeking a skilled and reliable Fiber Technician to join our team in Lahore. The Fiber Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fiber optic networks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for our clients. This role is crucial to providing high-quality internet and networking services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install, splice, and test fiber optic cables in various locations.
• Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on fiber optic systems.
• Perform regular maintenance on fiber networks to ensure performance and longevity.
• Accurately document all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Work with network engineers and support teams to resolve connectivity issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Fiber Optics Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fiber Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic splicing and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with fiber optic tools and equipment, including OTDR, fusion splicers, and power meters.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work in various locations and conditions as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ISP network installations and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of safety practices and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
