Summary
To undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenues and smooth customer services. The position will handle the processing of incoming payments along with the issuing of necessary paperwork, greeting clients and solving their queries and concerns.
· Receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
· Managing the status of accounts and balances and identifying inconsistencies
· Issuing bills, receipts and invoices
· Guide customers regarding company services
· Helping customers with their queries and concerns
Key Responsibilities (Essential)
· Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility.
· Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
· Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
· Check the validity of debit accounts
· Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
· Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
· Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients
· Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data.
· Guide customers regarding company products & services
· Handle incoming & outgoing mails (TCS) and keep record
· Provide helpdesk support, attend calls and rout them to concerned departments
· Guide customers with the best advice regarding their issues
· Perform any other relevant duty as directed by the reporting manager.
Qualification and Experience
· BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or BBA, or related degree
· Proven experience as billing & customer services specialist
· Adherence to laws and best practices regarding dealing with customers and data
· Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
· Proficiency in English
· Results-driven and patient
· Ability to handle pressure.
· Basic knowledge of broadband services
Computer Skills
· Operating System (Windows, Mac/OS)
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and ER software (Essential)
