We are looking for a motivated and proactive Full-Time Sales Specialist to help drive the adoption of our blockchain-based fundraising platform. In this role, you will identify and engage potential clients, primarily fundraising managers, and introduce them to the benefits of our innovative platform. You’ll use both provided leads and your own research to prospect, schedule meetings, and demonstrate how our NFT-driven solution can transform their fundraising efforts. This is a fully remote role, offering the chance to collaborate with a global team and help shape the future of fundraising.

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and creative Full-Time Sales Specialist to expand our client base and bring fundraising organizations onto our platform. Your primary role will be to identify potential prospects, initiate outreach, and engage with fundraising managers across various sectors. Using both our existing prospecting list and your own research, you will present our blockchain-based platform, schedule meetings, and facilitate proof-of-concept (POC) fundraisers to demonstrate the platform’s capabilities. You'll collaborate with the design and development teams to create tailored solutions for prospects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and reach out to global fundraising managers and organizations.
• Engage prospects through emails, calls, and presentations to explain our platform's benefits.
• Use our prospecting list while proactively finding new leads.
• Schedule meetings with prospects and demonstrate our platform through calls or video sessions.
• Work with the design and development teams to set up POC fundraisers for prospective clients.
• Follow up regularly with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline and close deals.
• Manage leads and outreach activities using Hub Spot CRM.
• Stay informed about fundraising trends and digital technologies like NFTs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, fundraising, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in a tech or Saa S-related field.
• Experience with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage prospects.
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience with blockchain technology is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with global fundraising challenges is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position, up to 40 hours per week.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones and client needs.

Location:

• Fully remote position, open to candidates based in Pakistan.
