Job Summary
We seek an experienced General Manager Sales to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven sales track record.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visiting key customers
2. Meeting with Doctors/Surgeons and OT staff
3. Meeting with procurement department
4. Generate sales leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
5. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve targets.
6. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales professionals.
7. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
8. Market Analysis: Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
9. Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales performance and report to senior management.
10. Performance Management: Monitor and improve sales team performance
11. Budget Management: Manage regional sales budgets.
Requirements
1. Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Experience: 10-12 years in sales management, preferably in healthcare sector.
3. Skills:
- Proven sales leadership and management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinking and planning.
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
