Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our clients' digital marketing strategies to ensure growth and brand visibility across various platforms. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with our web developers and content creators, and play a pivotal role in driving our clients' online success.
Key Responsibilities

• Create Visual Content: Design both static graphics and video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Image and Video Editing: Edit and enhance client images and videos to meet project requirements, ensuring high-quality results that align with the brand's aesthetic.
• Website Art Creation: Develop custom artwork, icons, banners, and other visual elements for websites, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing design.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with web developers, marketing teams, and clients to understand project goals, provide design insights, and deliver creative solutions.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand's identity, including typography, color schemes, and overall design guidelines.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.

Requirements

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in graphic design, including video content creation.
• Proficiency in Design Tools:
• Adobe Creative Suite: Mastery in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro for creating and editing both static and video content.
• Video Editing Software: Experience with video editing tools like Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, or similar.
• Web Design Tools: Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch for creating website mockups and designs.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for web design and a basic understanding of responsive design principles.

• Fixed: Full-Time position, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
