Relevant Experience:
The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, showcasing a strong portfolio that highlights a variety of design projects, including both print and digital work. They should have hands-on experience creating visual content for different mediums such as brochures, websites, and social media, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. A solid background in working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to execute creative projects is essential. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design) is required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Job Description:
Design & Development: Create visually appealing graphics, including logos, brochures, websites, social media graphics, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
 Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in all design elements.
 Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand designs.
 Project Management: Handle multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery.
 Digital Design: Design for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
 Print Design: Design materials such as brochures, flyers, and packaging, ensuring they are print-ready.
 Creative Input: Provide creative direction and recommendations to improve overall design output and quality.
 Research & Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools, applying them to work to maintain a competitive edge.
