Job Description:
The Senior Executive Production Designer will be responsible for leading and managing the design and execution of production materials. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and leadership to ensure that all production designs meet the highest standards of quality and align with the company’s branding and production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the design and production of all materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Ensure all design outputs meet required quality standards and are error-free.
- Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate innovative design techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on design objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present design concepts clearly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design or production issues as they arise.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sialkot: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Graphic Designing Experience In Manufacturing Sector: 3 years (Required)
