Experience:
Minimum of 15 years experience in Production Management, with a strong preference for candidates with specific experience in the offset printing industry. Diploma in the relevant field. Advanced certifications in production management, printing technology, or related areas are beneficial.
- Ability to manage labor efficiently and fasten workflow to meet production targets.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a production team, manage labor resources, and drive organizational goals.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing cost control programs to optimize production expenses.
- Ensure the restocking, storage, and daily management of stock in coordination with the storekeeper
- Identify, negotiate, and agree on budgets and timelines with external vendors, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to agreed-upon terms.
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
- Intermediate with experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) to manage production data, reports, and production analysis.
Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory levels, including restocking and storage, in coordination with the storekeeper. Ensure accurate inventory tracking and efficient material usage.
Vendor Management: Identify and negotiate with external vendors. Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to contractual terms.
Process Improvement: Drive process improvements and the adoption of best practices. Implement lean manufacturing techniques and other methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Conduct regular audits and enforce safety protocols.
