Human Resources:

• Recruitment and selection: sourcing candidates from different platforms, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee relations: handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Performance management: conducting performance appraisals and developing performance improvement plans.
• Compensation and benefits: managing salary administration, benefits enrollment, and compliance with labor laws.
• Training and development: organizing training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Preparing job descriptions and offer letters.
• Managing the complete on-boarding process
• HRIS management: maintaining employee records and data.

Administration:

• Office management: overseeing office operations, facilities, and equipment & tanency agreements.
• Procurement: managing office supplies and vendor relationships.
• Travel arrangements: booking travel and accommodation for employees.
• Event planning and coordination: organizing company events and meetings.
• Recordkeeping: maintaining accurate and up-to-date administrative records.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Pakistan.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
