Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Enza Home, Lahore
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: General Manager / Director of Operations

Position Summary:
Enza Home, a leading home furniture and décor brand, is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive work culture that drives employee satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring decisions with management.
  • Maintain an organized recruitment database and ensure timely communication with candidates.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, complaints, and inquiries.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture through initiatives, events, and regular team engagement.
  • Mediate conflict resolutions and provide counsel on employee issues.
  • Develop and execute employee satisfaction surveys and implement feedback-driven improvements.
3. Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure alignment of individual performance with company objectives and culture.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers on effective performance management techniques.
  • Design and monitor employee recognition programs to encourage productivity and morale.
4. Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Create and update HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards and local labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to labor laws, employee rights, and workplace safety.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to company policies, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
5. Training and Development:
  • Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Organize internal workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs.
  • Track employee development progress and provide recommendations for skill enhancement.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits packages.
  • Ensure compensation is competitive with market standards to attract and retain talent.
  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, paid leave, and retirement plans.
7. HR Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics on workforce trends, turnover rates, and other key HR metrics.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership on HR initiatives and business performance.
  • Assist with budget planning for HR-related expenditures.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Certifications: HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the retail, home décor, or furniture industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and HR management software.
  • Experience with performance management tools and employee engagement surveys.
