Location: DHA, Karachi (Onsite)
Salary: PKR 50,000 per month

Job Description:
Joy Box is seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of proven experience in the HR department, with strong communication skills in both English and Urdu. We are looking for someone with a professional demeanor who can commute to DHA, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Prepare, maintain, and organize all HR-related documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Efficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) for document creation and data management.
Work closely with other departments to fulfill staffing needs and promote a positive work environment.
Handle employee grievances and provide support in resolving issues.

Requirements:

Female candidate with at least 2 years of HR experience.
Proficient in both English and Urdu.
Well-presented with a professional gesture and demeanor.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
Ability to commute to DHA, Karachi.
Skilled in creating and managing HR documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:

Location: Onsite, DHA, Karachi
Working hours: Full-time
Salary: PKR 50,000/month
