Job Description:
Joy Box is seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of proven experience in the HR department, with strong communication skills in both English and Urdu. We are looking for someone with a professional demeanor who can commute to DHA, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize all HR-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Efficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) for document creation and data management.
- Work closely with other departments to fulfill staffing needs and promote a positive work environment.
- Handle employee grievances and provide support in resolving issues.
- Female candidate with at least 2 years of HR experience.
- Proficient in both English and Urdu.
- Well-presented with a professional gesture and demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
- Ability to commute to DHA, Karachi.
- Skilled in creating and managing HR documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Location: Onsite, DHA, Karachi
- Working hours: Full-time
- Salary: PKR 50,000/month

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
