Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced POS Implementation Executive to lead the deployment and integration of Point of Sale (POS) systems across multiple locations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, ensure seamless system performance, and provide ongoing support post-implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, POS technology, and retail operations, with the ability to align IT infrastructure with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead POS Implementations: Manage the planning, execution, and deployment of POS systems across various stores or branches.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (IT, finance, operations) and external vendors to ensure smooth system integration.
Project Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
System Configuration & Deployment: Conduct system configuration, hardware installation, and software deployment based on business requirements.
Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical support during and after implementation, troubleshooting and resolving any system issues.
Training & Development: Train staff and end-users on how to effectively use the POS system and related tools.
Data Migration & Testing: Oversee data migration and system testing, ensuring accuracy and reliability in the deployment process.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, issue logs, and configuration settings.
Security Compliance: Ensure all implementations comply with security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate POS system performance post-launch, recommending optimizations as needed.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in POS technology and retail solutions.
Qualifications
-Proven 6 months to 1 year of experience in POS system implementation, including hardware and software deployment.
-Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
-A degree in business is required, and having an ACCA/CA qualification would be an added advantage.
-Familiarity with retail operations and understanding of IT infrastructure.
-Experience in data migration, system testing, and compliance with security and data privacy standards.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to train and collaborate with diverse teams.
-Knowledge of the latest POS technologies and trends is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
