We are seeking a highly motivated and talented IT & Media Officer to join our dynamic team. The IT & Media Officer will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's communication efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our information technology infrastructure. This position requires a blend of technical IT skills and media expertise to effectively manage our digital presence and support our communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide technical support to staff members, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Create, edit, and optimize multimedia content for online platforms, including videos, images, and graphics.
- Manage and update the organization's website, ensuring it remains current and user-friendly.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the organization's online presence.
- Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments and inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of website management and content management systems.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
