Position Title: I.T Support
Position Based In: DHA, Karachi – Pakistan
Gender: Male
Experience: 2-5 years
Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems
• Monitor network performance and manage network security
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity
• Maintain system documentation and update it regularly
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Ensure security protocols are followed and updated as needed
• Provide technical support to staff and train users on best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of network management, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Certifications like CCNA, Comp TIA, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
