Position Title: I.T Support
Position Based In: DHA, Karachi – Pakistan
Gender: Male
Experience: 2-5 years
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems
- Monitor network performance and manage network security
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity
- Maintain system documentation and update it regularly
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Ensure security protocols are followed and updated as needed
- Provide technical support to staff and train users on best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network management, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Certifications like CCNA, Comp TIA, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
