Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a culture of open communication.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate professional development opportunities, and support continuous learning within the team.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintain employee records, and prepare HR reports for management.
- Operations Support: Assist with daily operational tasks, providing administrative support as needed to ensure smooth business functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months or 1 year of experience in HR.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance issues.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
