Job Title: Senior Unix/Linux Engineer
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Unix/Linux Engineer with extensive experience in managing multiple Unix/Linux environments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in command-line interfaces, scripting, and Linux IP networking. You will be responsible for managing servers, performing system maintenance, and ensuring robust security configurations
Job Responsibilities:

• Administer and troubleshoot Unix/Linux systems using command-line interfaces.
• Create, maintain, and optimize shell scripts and related utilities for automation
• Configure and manage IPv4 networking through command-line tools.
• Monitor and maintain system performance and security, including applying updates and patches
• Develop and document system configurations, operational procedures, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to support system infrastructure needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Unix/Linux engineering.
• Strong command of Unix/Linux operating systems and networking protocols.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Perl).
• Experience with system monitoring and management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, relevant certifications (RHCE, LPIC) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
