Responsibilities
- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
- Administrator Linux OS (Cent OS , Red Hat , Oracle Linux )
- Administer Windows , Servers hardware, Hyper-V, Xenserver, VMware.
- Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
- Ensure the design of the system allows all components to work properly together
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
- Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance
- Monitor datacenter health using preexisting management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed
- Maintain network and system security such as deploy critical patches
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues
- Responsible for Design and deploy server; Maintain servers such as file servers, Active Directory, Windows and Linux operating systems, Hyper-V, VMWare virtualization
- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Systems or Information Technology.
- Working Experience of 3 to 4 years
- Microsoft MCSE, Linux certification or similar.
- Experience administering Server - side technology and networked computing systems.
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
