Position: Management Executive
Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: NUST, Islamabad, Pakistan
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments, promoting teamwork and problem-solving across the company
• Oversee specific projects, manage timelines, and ensure project deliverables meet Learn OBots' standards
• Represent the company during meetings with clients, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring a professional and positive experience
• Identify areas for improvement in company processes and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports as required by management
• Travel to client sites as needed to ensure smooth coordination and implementation of company projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
• Proven 1 year experience in project management, preferably in the technology or education sector
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
