Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments, promoting teamwork and problem-solving across the company
- Oversee specific projects, manage timelines, and ensure project deliverables meet Learn OBots' standards
- Represent the company during meetings with clients, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring a professional and positive experience
- Identify areas for improvement in company processes and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports as required by management
- Travel to client sites as needed to ensure smooth coordination and implementation of company projects
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
- Proven 1 year experience in project management, preferably in the technology or education sector
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
