Marketing Business Development Manager for IT Products

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth and expansion of our IT services, focusing on our innovative Resident e Services platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the residential and commercial property management sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
2. Lead Generation and Closing:
- Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the Resident e Services platform.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
4. Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Resident e Services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
5. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Resident e Services platform and its features.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance the platform based on client needs and market demands.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the IT services or property management sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Saa S platforms or digital transformation products.
- Knowledge of management IT products or Residential community services Type.
- Familiarity with branding and white-label solutions.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
- Preferred skills for managing corporate and client relationships in IT-related business deals.
