We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive with strong English communication skills and proven experience working with multi-specialty practices to join our dynamic medical billing team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and follow up on accounts receivable for various specialties, ensuring timely collections.
. Excellent Communciation Skills
· Monitor, track, and resolve unpaid claims and denials.
· Collaborate with insurance companies, patients, and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
· Generate detailed AR reports and maintain accurate records of collections and payment statuses.
· Communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients to ensure understanding and resolution of any AR-related issues.
· Adhere to medical billing regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a medical billing environment.
· Experience working with multi-specialty practices is required.
· Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
· Proficiency in medical billing software and Excel.
· Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high volumes of accounts efficiently.
