Position: Operational Analyst (Support)
Location: Uni Tower, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi Pakistan.
Job type: Night shift.
Qualification: Bachelors. (O and A levels are preferred)
Language: Must be fluent in English, having excellent communication skills.
Experience: relevant experience or Fresh (fresh are encouraged to apply).
Job Responsibility:
Experience with software setup, configuration, updates, and ERP systems.

• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and other MS Office Applications.

• Generate detailed reports using advanced MS Excel features.

• Analyze data and create automated reporting tools.

• Send out scheduled reports according to predetermined timelines and distribution lists.

• Solid understanding of ERP systems and their applications.

• Diagnose and resolve software and ERP issues quickly.

• Respond to and manage client queries, providing clear, accurate, and timely solutions, particularly for US-based clients.

• Excellent English language skills for client interactions.

• Work in rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team environment.
