We are seeking an experienced Plastic Resin Production Supervisor to manage our team and oversee the production process in our Export Processing Zone facility in Karachi.
*Responsibilities:*
- Manage and supervise team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Oversee the production of high-quality plastic resin products
- Ensure compliance with export processing zone regulations and requirements
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform maintenance as needed
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in plastic resin production and supervision
- Strong knowledge of resin production processes and equipment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in an export processing zone environment
- DAE qualification preferred
