Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Centre Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service over the phone. It's a Night Shift Job
Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Providing accurate information about our products/services and assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, or scheduling appointments as needed.
• Resolving customer complaints or escalations effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling sensitive customer issues.
• Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call centre as a sales Representative role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and night
