This position involves proactive outreach to businesses, generating leads, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions. The SDR is responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify potential customers in the industry.
- Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure they align with the target customer profile.
- Engage leads with personalized communication via phone, email, and other channels.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and presentations with qualified prospects.
- Maintain a structured follow-up process to nurture leads and address objections.
- Actively participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and share insights.
- Provide consistent reports on lead qualifications and conversion activities.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Work diligently to meet and exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Fresher or 1 year experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a relentless drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of the freight forwarding and logistics industry highly beneficial.
