A software tracking tool will monitor progress and ensure accountability. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales for Ivanshigo’s marketing services with aggressive targets. Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to acquire new clients. Handle cold outreach, lead nurturing, and follow-ups to close deals. Work independently to meet KPIs, ensuring timely reporting and updates. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with service delivery. Manage CRM systems to track leads, prospects, and opportunities efficiently. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing agency (mandatory). Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work in the US timezone (night shift in Pakistan). Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision. Familiarity with sales CRMs and digital marketing services. Must be ready for a 1-week trial period to demonstrate capabilities.
