Key Responsibilities:
· Data Management: Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of CRM data, including contacts, sales leads, and service tickets.
· Cross-Department Liaison: Facilitate communication between the lead generation department and field sales team for timely execution of sales strategies.
· CPQ Support: Assist in the configuration, pricing, and quoting (CPQ) process to ensure accurate and timely quotes for customers
· Sales Analysis and Support: Analyze CRM data for trends, collaborate with sales executives to schedule appointments, and monitor dashboards to enhance sales performance.
· Sales Facilitation: Distribute marketing instructions, support product demonstrations, and oversee sales and service department activities.
· Vendor Collaboration: Act as the primary local contact for foreign technology vendors on sales and marketing initiatives within Pakistan.
· Social Media Management: Curate and manage content for social media platforms, such as Linked In and Facebook to promote our products.
