Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Person for our MEP Fire & Protection division at our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, with a strong focus on Fire Protection Systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MEP Fire & Protection sector, particularly in Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, consultants and building owners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve sales targets by closing deals and securing new projects.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and support throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed about the latest innovations in Fire Protection Systems.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and recommend strategies to capture new market segments.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate technical specifications and project requirements are met.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager, detailing performance, pipeline status and market insights.
  • Product Knowledge:
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of Conexus System’s product offerings, including Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm systems and other related MEP services.
· Stay updated on new product developments and industry regulations to provide clients with the most accurate and relevant information.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the MEP, Fire Protection or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM software.
