Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Person for our MEP Fire & Protection division at our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, with a strong focus on Fire Protection Systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MEP Fire & Protection sector, particularly in Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, consultants and building owners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Achieve sales targets by closing deals and securing new projects.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and support throughout the sales process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed about the latest innovations in Fire Protection Systems.
- Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and recommend strategies to capture new market segments.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate technical specifications and project requirements are met.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager, detailing performance, pipeline status and market insights.
- Product Knowledge:
· Stay updated on new product developments and industry regulations to provide clients with the most accurate and relevant information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the MEP, Fire Protection or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM software.
