We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B cold calling in BPO Sector/Call Centre environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales growth. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Conduct proactive cold calling to identify and engage potential B2B clients.
- Generate qualified leads through various outreach strategies and follow-up calls.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Demonstrate the value of our products/services and effectively address client objections.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Analyze competitors and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and ensure a consistent message.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on cold calling.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Sales Techniques: Strong understanding of sales techniques and best practices, particularly in the B2B space.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with medical or health care is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt strategies based on market feedback.
