Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly-skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented SEO Expert to join our dynamic team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing on-site and off-site SEO strategies to increase search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and improve conversion rates for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our content, design, and digital marketing teams to optimize websites and ensure best SEO practices are implemented across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to our clients’ business objectives.
• On-Page Optimization: Conduct detailed site audits and optimize websites for search engines, including meta tags, keyword placement, URL structuring, internal linking, and image optimization.
• Keyword Research: Perform thorough keyword research and identify target keywords that align with our clients’ goals and industry trends.
• Content Optimization: Work closely with the content team to ensure that all content is SEO-friendly, optimized for target keywords, and aligned with content strategy.
• Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and indexing problems.
• Link Building: Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and improve search rankings.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track SEO performance, monitor traffic, and provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor SEO strategies and optimize our clients' websites accordingly to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in search performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SEO Expert or similar role in a digital marketing agency or in-house.
• Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Solid grasp of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Experience in conducting technical SEO audits and resolving SEO issues.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience in handling SEO-related reports and data interpretation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
