Job Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Strategist to lead our social media efforts. This role is crucial in building our brand, growing our online presence, and connecting with our audience. As our strategist, you’ll drive campaigns that align with our goals, enhance engagement, and build brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Social Media Strategy: Build and execute a social media plan that aligns with business goals and targets our primary audiences.
- Content Creation & Curation: Craft high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, posts) for our platforms.
- Audience Engagement: Engage with our followers, respond to comments, and foster positive community interactions.
- Social Media Analytics: Monitor and report on social media performance metrics to continuously refine strategies.
- Collaboration with Teams: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align social media initiatives with broader company goals.
- Trend Monitoring: Research and stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and competitors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of social media management experience with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and strategic abilities.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Expertise across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting social media metrics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent research skills to stay updated on social media trends and competitors.
- Collaborative approach and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media optimization.
- Experience with paid advertising on social media.
- Basic design skills with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in Real Estate, Tech, and Consultancy is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Rs 120,000 – 150,000 per month
