Software Business Development Manager (BDM)

Qualification & Experience Required:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the software industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills Required:
1. New clients Acquisition, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, closing deals and negotiating contracts etc.
2. Ability to identify and analyze market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
3. Proficient in identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels.
4. Deep understanding of software products, solutions, and industry-specific technologies.
5. Use CRM tools to track and manage leads effectively.
6. Strong negotiation skills to close deals and create mutually beneficial partnerships.
7. Understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
8. Experience in managing customer expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
9. Experience in developing tailored proposals and closing complex sales transactions.
10. Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
11. Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing tools and social media platforms for lead generation and brand awareness.
12. Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
13. Use of data analytics tools to measure and optimize business development strategies.
Job Location: Onsite, DHA Phase 8 - Ex Park View, Lahore.
Job Timings: 08:30AM - 05:30PM US Est. time / 05:30pm to 02:30am PAK Time.
