Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Developer Coordinator with 5 years of experience to oversee software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. This role requires strong technical knowledge and excellent coordination skills to manage the development team effectively.
- Coordinate and manage software development projects from inception to completion.
- Facilitate communication between developers, and management.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Review code for quality and adherence to standards.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of development processes and projects.
- Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Languages: Proficient in Java, C#, Python, or Java Script.
- Frameworks: Experience with React, Angular, or .NET.
- Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git.
- Project Management Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Methodologies: Experience with Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).
- Databases: Proficient in SQL and No SQL databases (e.g., My SQL, Mongo DB).
- Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium).
- Cloud Services: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Software Developer: 5 years (Preferred)
