Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Customer Support Representative specializing in inverter technology to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to distributors, clients, and service centers. This role requires a strong background in electronics, particularly with PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) components, ensuring that all stakeholders receive expert assistance and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to distributors on inverter products, focusing on detailed specifications, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with distributors to resolve any technical issues related to inverters, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
- Conduct technical training sessions for distributors to enhance their knowledge and capabilities in handling inverter products.
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients, addressing complex issues related to inverters and providing detailed explanations and solutions.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, including those related to PCBA and MOSFETs.
- Provide technical documentation and resources to clients to support their understanding and use of inverter products.
- Work closely with service centers to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to inverter repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure service centers are equipped with the necessary technical knowledge and tools to handle repairs, especially those involving board PCBA and MOSFET components.
- Monitor the performance and quality of repairs conducted by service centers, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field is required.
- Technical Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience with board PCBA and MOSFET components.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in electronic devices, particularly inverters.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with distributors, clients, and service centers.
- Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in the electronics or energy sector, is an advantage.
