Job Title: Tele Sales
Location: Lahore, Pakistan (On-Site)
Position Overview:
As an Tele Sales Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Your role will be pivotal in driving our business growth by closing sales, generating leads, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the U.S. to introduce and sell products/services.
• Develop a deep understanding of the products/services offered in various projects.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Accurately record all customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with project information, industry trends, and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and processes.
• Handle customer objections effectively and turn them into sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven at-least 1 year of experience in an outbound sales role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
