Job Summary:
Pleasant Solar is seeking highly motivated and results-driven female Telesales Representatives to join our sales team in Islamabad. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Outbound Calls:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Pleasant Solar's products and services.
• Identify and qualify leads based on set criteria.
• Understand Customer Needs:
• Engage customers in conversations to understand their solar energy needs and requirements.
• Provide tailored product/service recommendations based on customer needs.
• Close Sales:
• Persuade customers to purchase solar products/services and close sales effectively.
• Handle objections and address customer concerns confidently.
• Maintain Customer Records:
• Accurately update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Track sales activities and follow up with leads and customers as needed.
• Achieve Sales Targets:
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and targets.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve better results.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service:
• Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights for improving sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Experience with CRM software and telemarketing tools is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in using computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office.
