we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively closing sales over the phone, meeting and exceeding targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
· Close sales deals over the phone and achieve monthly targets.
· Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and persuade customers to make purchases.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Document sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
· Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
· Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and achieve company goals.
Requirements:
· At least 1 Year of call centre experience required as a closer
· Proven experience as a successful sale closer in a call center or similar environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
