Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Bidder) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new projects on platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, focusing on website development, game development, and mobile app development services. You will work closely with our project managers and technical teams to develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid & Proposal Management: Identify new leads and actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms.
- Client Communication: Initiate and maintain professional relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and provide them with compelling proposals.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, and project managers) to prepare technical and non-technical proposals, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to tailor bids and proposals effectively.
- Negotiation & Closing: Engage in negotiations, provide project estimates, and close deals to bring in new business.
- **Follow-up & Relationship Management**: Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
-Reporting: Track and report on bidding activity, conversion rates, and project progress to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, or other freelance platforms (at least 1-2 years).
- Strong understanding of the website development, Game development, and Mobile app development industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
- Ability to create compelling proposals and quotes that resonate with potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a passion for business growth and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Google Premium Partner services and tools is a plus.
