Must have experience of 2 years in bidding and securing long-term projects.
Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and bid on software development projects on Upwork to secure remote opportunities for the software house.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and create detailed and accurate proposals.
• Craft persuasive and client-focused proposals that highlight the software house's capabilities and expertise.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and Upwork best practices to enhance bidding strategies.
• Provide regular reports on bid success rates and suggest improvements to enhance the overall bidding process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a successful bidder on Upwork or other freelance platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on creating high-quality, tailored proposals.
• Time management skills to effectively handle multiple bids simultaneously.
• Proficient in using Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience as a successful remote bidder on Upwork.

Salary+ commission
