Express Pros Emerald Coast FL is hiring for a Bilingual General Manager of Laundry Operations.
Pay: $75,000 per year.
Location: Panama City Beach, FL.


What are we looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual General Manager of Laundry Operations who can speaks fluent both languages (Spanish/English) and be able to communicate to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the laundry industry and at least two years of management experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence, improve service delivery, and enhance team performance.

Languages:

Experience requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial laundry industry with management.
• Background in laundry management is a MUST.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of laundry operations, equipment and maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficient in using technology and software related to laundry operations.

Job details:

• Oversee daily operations of the laundry facility, ensuring efficiency & high-quality service.
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supply procurement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop growth strategies.
