Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with patients.
Duties

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Utilize computer systems to manage data entry, appointments, and client information.
• Bilingual proficiency is essential for effective communication with patients.
• Willing to go out and Market to Hispanic provider offices regarding our services.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in medical administrative support and front desk operations
• Proficient in medical records management and patient service
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
