Responsibilities
- Responsible for the setup and monitoring of events on the FSU Panama City Campus. This will include set-up of speakers, mixers, cabling, microphones, projectors, and various devices to support a wide variety of audio/visual needs.
- Responsible for interacting with event coordinators and providing excellent customer service pertaining to the needs of the event.
- Supports several rooms and event spaces on campus and the setup will vary depending on the needs of the event.
- Assists the scheduling coordinator in contacting customers prior to the event to answer audio/visual questions and provide information about the capabilities of the event spaces.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience relating to the setup and operation of audio/visual equipment.
- Basic understanding of the principles of sound and video.
