JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position reports to the Rental Manager. A Positive Attitude is the only acceptable attitude.
Enliven the Maintenance Divisions NEW SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the property alongside the Team Lead.

• Must have Basic Resort Maintenance to include use of basic hand tools
• Communications skills are a must
• Manage the Preventive maintenance within the company guidelines
• Ensure proper procedures and standards are being followed regarding OSHA
• Practice at all time the guidelines from the CDC
• Assure al MSDS sheets are in the Binder and it is updated
• Time Management and Organizational skills are a must
• Be Proactive NOT Reactive
• Must be self a self-starter and comfortable working on your own
• Must be a TEAM Player who enjoys a fun fast paced environment
• Optimize Process’s and enliven them. Lead by example, you are the expert!
• High Proficiency in attention to detail
• Be on Call as needed and follow the After Hours protocol

· Be comfortable handling guest opportunities/guest problem resolution
· Attend to owner requests and concerns immediately
· Assist owners with receiving Bids and prices on replacement items
· Open Communication with front desk and housekeeping regularly and support their requests
· Learn the daily arrival and departure functions in Escapia
· Inspect All arrivals & Condition of Houses and Condos in accordance to the Maintenance check list
· Turning rooms over to the desk for arrivals as efficiently as Possible
· Upon Departure inspect Units/Houses for Damage and take appropriate action (insurance reasons)
· Properly handle work orders from open of them till close
· Stay on target and under budget with Inventory
· Manage inventory of supplies on hand and what needs to be ordered
· Intrical part of the renovations team and project Management
· Assist Management in grading units for Quality & Condition
· Active Partnership in assisting and guiding Owners in updating conditions, furniture, flooring etc..

• Train Vendors on Martinique Standards and maintain accountability
• Work well with outside vendors, suppliers, carpet cleaners, painters, etc.
• Work hand in Hand with Contract Housekeeping staff
• Maintain procedures for the security of lost and found items
• Filter invoices to the person that pays all invoices for the property.
• Create the expectation of what is to take place in your absence

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of Purchasing & Receiving experience
• 2+ years of hotel and or resort Maintenance experience
• 2 years Operations
• Must have a professional attitude
• Must have reliable transportation for work
• Ability to work days, weekends, and holidays
• Self-Starter and able to take direction
• Ability to be flexible with their work schedule
• Ability to lift/push/pull 35 pounds or more.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
