Medical Technologist – Night Shift

Job Title: Medical Technologist – Panama City, FL | Night Shifts (4 Days a Week)
Location: Panama City, FL
Compensation: $27.42 - $36.95 per hour, based on experience. $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.
About the Role:
We are seeking Medical Technologists (MT) to join our team in Panama City, FL. This full-time role offers night shifts, 4 days a week with rotating weekends, from 9 PM to 7:30 AM. Key Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory tests in departments like Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Blood Bank, and Microbiology.
Conduct complex analysis of tests and assist in specimen receiving and supply management.
Troubleshoot instrument problems, document corrective actions, and perform repairs when needed.
Assure quality control is performed properly and assist in training new employees.
Participate in phlebotomy and accession duties.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
Licensure: Medical Technologist (MT) registry required to start.
Experience: Open to new grads or experienced MTs/MLTs; clinical hospital experience required.
Certifications: ASCP preferred but not required.
