Compensation: $27.42 - $36.95 per hour, based on experience. $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.
About the Role:
We are seeking Medical Technologists (MT) to join our team in Panama City, FL. This full-time role offers night shifts, 4 days a week with rotating weekends, from 9 PM to 7:30 AM. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests in departments like Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Blood Bank, and Microbiology.
• Conduct complex analysis of tests and assist in specimen receiving and supply management.
• Troubleshoot instrument problems, document corrective actions, and perform repairs when needed.
• Assure quality control is performed properly and assist in training new employees.
• Participate in phlebotomy and accession duties.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Licensure: Medical Technologist (MT) registry required to start.
• Experience: Open to new grads or experienced MTs/MLTs; clinical hospital experience required.
• Certifications: ASCP preferred but not required.
